Hey there! I’m Nadine, a Dutchie living in Berlin with my love and our two little boys.
I love spreading enthusiasm, getting creative in every way, and dancing (though let’s be clear—I’m no Beyoncé!). I can’t stand being told what to do, and my biggest fear? Living a boring life!

After more than a decade of passionately building product brands, I’ve turned my attention to something that truly fires me up—championing women’s equality in business and leadership.

With a mix of branding know-how, endless enthusiasm, and my firm belief in possibilities, I’m here to empower women to showcase their unique qualities and pursue their ambitions with energy and joy!

Building strong brands has been my focus throughout my entire career. After earning a Master’s in Marketing, I have played by the brand 'rulebook' for big corporate brands at Heinz. After five years, I took the leap and jumped into the vibrant chaos of early-stage startups and advertising. Building brands and teams from scratch was a total thrill, packed with joy and treasure of fresh insights.

Next up was my role as Marketing Director at Swapfiets, where I defined the brand’s purpose and marketing strategy —earning me a spot among the top 20 marketers in the Netherlands (what a ride!). Fulfilling a dream to work abroad, I then became Brand Director Europe at Marley Spoon in Germany. My family and I packed up and moved from Amsterdam to Berlin while I was pregnant with our second child, and we still call it home today.

Throughout my career, I’ve noticed something frustrating: talented women getting sidelined and their needs overlooked. This disconnect is a major factor behind the "Great Breakup," where women are leaving their companies at the highest rate ever. With all the biases and hurdles we face in the workplace, it’s totally understandable. Yet, it’s such a waste. As a feminist and champion for equality, I’m on a mission to amplify women’s roles as essential drivers of success in business and leadership.

Now, I channel my expertise and personal passion to help ambitious women effectively brand themselves, using the proven branding techniques I've mastered in my career. By understanding and articulating your unique strengths, you can influence your image and increase your value. A strong and authentic personal brand will help you achieve your goals with more energy, power, and joy!​
